Dimeleaf has no passwords. Enter your email and we send you a 6-digit sign-in code. You can also continue with Google, or with Apple on iPhone. Use the same method each time so you land in the same account.

• Wait a minute, then check Spam, Promotions or Updates.
• Make sure the address is spelled correctly, then tap resend.
• Use the code from the newest email only. Older codes stop working.
• Still nothing? Email us from that address and we'll help.

The app is available in 18 languages, including English, Bahasa Indonesia, 中文, हिन्दी, Español, Português, 日本語, 한국어, Tiếng Việt, ไทย, Bahasa Melayu, Filipino, বাংলা, Français, Deutsch, Русский and Türkçe. Change the language under Settings → Language. Each space has its own currency, which you choose when you create it.

Tap the gear icon at the top right of Home, or go to Family → Profile, security & account.

1. The space owner needs Premium.
2. Open the Family tab, then tap Invite member.
3. Enter their email and choose a role. They get an email, and you can also share the link via WhatsApp or another app.
4. They install Dimeleaf and sign in with that same email. The invitation is waiting for them. Invitations are valid for 14 days.

Premium includes up to 5 invited members per space (6 people in total). Pending invitations count toward the limit.

Role	Can do
Owner	Everything, plus invite and remove members, change roles and manage Premium.
Adult	Sees shared wallets, records anything, manages budgets and goals.
Child	Sees only the wallets they hold. Can record in them, ask for money, add to the shopping list and comment.
Viewer	Sees what adults see, but can only comment and react.

A private wallet is visible only to its holder and the owner.

A space is a separate set of wallets, budgets and history, either just for you or shared. Tap the space name at the top of Home to switch or create one. Free includes 1 space, and Premium up to 3 that you own. You can also join spaces other people invite you to.

Shared spaces use the owner's Premium. If it ends, members can still see everything, but can't add, edit, comment, react or send requests until the owner renews. Recurring transactions pause. Nothing is deleted.

Open Settings → Subscription. Prices are shown in your currency before you pay. If you reinstalled the app or changed phones, tap Restore purchases on the same screen, signed in to the same App Store or Google account.

Subscriptions are managed by the store: Apple subscriptions · Google Play subscriptions. You can also tap Manage subscription in the app. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

Payments are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds follow their policies. For Apple, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, use your order history in Play.

When recording a transaction, tap Scan receipt and take a clear photo of the whole receipt. AI fills in the amount, store, date and category. Always check the result before saving. The first time, we ask for your consent, because the photo is sent to our AI provider to read it. They don't use it for training and keep it only temporarily.

Tap Undo on the message that appears right after deleting. Missed it? Go to Family → Recently deleted: deleted transactions stay there for 30 days and can be restored with one tap.

It's hidden from pickers, but past transactions keep it. Restore it any time from Family → Categories, in the Archived section. A category that has never been used can be deleted completely.

When you move money between wallets (for example Bank → e-wallet), tap Add transfer fee in the transfer form and enter the admin fee. Dimeleaf records the transfer and saves the fee as a separate expense from the source wallet in the Bank & admin fees category, so balances, budgets and reports stay exact. Recurring transfers can have a fee too.

Transactions you repeat often (for example the same coffee every morning) appear under Quick record on Home. Tap one to save it instantly (an Undo button appears), or long-press to adjust it first.

If you tried the sample data, a banner on Home lets you remove sample data. Only the sample wallets, transactions, budgets and goal are deleted; everything you added yourself stays.

Premium: go to Family → Reports & export to download a CSV (opens in Excel or Google Sheets) or a PDF report for any period.

No. Dimeleaf never asks for bank logins, card numbers or PINs. You record transactions yourself (or scan a receipt), so your bank account stays completely separate.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each space is isolated in the database. Other families can never see it. In Settings you can turn on fingerprint or Face ID lock and hide balances. Read the full Privacy Policy.
